Commercial Loan Product Guidelines

  • Loan Amount - $500k to $100mm

  • LTV - typically up to 75%; up to 85% for HUD/bridge to HUD; up to 90% for SBA 7a/504

  • Occupancy – owner occupied and tenant occupied

  • Markets – nationwide (no rural properties)
