SBA loans give small business owners access to affordable financing with competitive rates, flexible terms, and government backing, making access to capital more attainable when traditional bank loans may be out of reach. Blackhawk Commercial Capital offers several SBA lending products, including SBA Express, SBA 7a, and SBA 504 loans. These products allow for a broad range of different uses of proceeds, including:


  • working capital for business growth

  • purchase or refinance of owner occupied commercial real estate

  • ground up construction or renovation commercial real estate to be used for operation of the borrower's business

  • business acquisition


SBA Loan Product Guidelines

  • SBA Express - loan amounts from $100k to $150k

  • SBA 7a - loan amounts from $500k to $8mm

  • SBA 504 - loan amounts from $1mm to $8mm
